I had to make a few minor modifications to the cart, but the mount fit perfectly on my 2001 EZGO. I recommend getting the wiring kit, makes a quick and easy installation. Don't forget to read the Predator 670 Engine Mod page, this makes a huge difference in power and speed. One thing slighting different is the distance between clutches, they recommend 12.5" and the closest I could make mine was 13, but still works fine.

The fit and finish of all the items the way they were packaged was great very impressed can't wait to get the engine which is currently out of stock at Harbor Frieght but as soon as it's available I will be building the cart and posting pictures

Everything worked and fit. Its a beast!

Its a very high quality well thought out conversion kit and easily went together but the Predator 670 motor is a low rpm high torque design which is limited on the top end speed .Before the conversion my cart would run almost 30 mph with Robin motor and after I installed Predator conversion the speed dropped to maybe 20 mph but had incredible hill climbing and really good take offs but lacked any speed .But no worries Im presently working on installing 6 to 1 gears in rear diff to address problem .The stock 12 to 1 gears are to low for the low rpm high torque 670 . I also installed a Performance 670 40 amp altenator kit on motor due to low amprege charging systym on Predator motor .I had to clearance front bulkhead in front of motor to make it fit here is my you tube of my install and im doing videos of my instuctionals for gear swap https://youtu.be/vSzmsvgxdQE

Love the kit, pretty thorough, not a difficult mod. A few shortcomings, but all very minor. Notes when using this kit: - in regard to the Instructions for TXT belt tension - watch for interference with oil filter and drive axle fitting per instructions (12.5 inch to start), but adjusting length easy - perhaps mention in instructions that when installing the engine mount bracket there are notes to ensure goid orientation of the mount, the mount actually has a cutout for axle fitting (to line up the plate on the axle), so it really cannot be instalked improperly - if using the stock throttle cable, nay be too short and insufficient throttle travel. Drilling a hole and relicating the theottle bolt for the cables clevis, cliser to the plates rotation point will allow for the throttle cable end to travel kess and thus make full throttle travel

These kits are so easy to install, and if you do need help they are spot on! Great service and a super product.

Great kit.. would definitely recommend

Everything worked as I expected.

Outstanding product and service

Absolutely the best and only place to buy your parts from when it comes to golf cart motor swaps! Parts are precision made and fit like factory!!
Robert E.
I moved the oil cooler beside the engine fan to keep it cool. Also 1 bad thing might have to unbolt the motor and turn it to change the oil filter not sure yet... super tight fit. Have 36pitch rear clutch. Things a beast!

Haven't installed it yet but product looks great.

The original Robin 350 blew in my 07' EZgo ST 350. The cart had been very useful around the farm and I knew I needed to fix it or replace it. I decided an engine swap was the cheapest route as I did not want to buy a whole new cart. Do yourself a favor and buy this kit. It was easier to install the kit and engine than it was to remove the old engine. If you're thinking of building a cradle and kit yourself, don't even bother. There are parts in this kit that let you know they thought of everything and you will spend more time and money fabricating everything. If you're good with 12v systems and you are handy, you can utilize the stock ignition switch and extend the wires yourself. If you don't think you're up for the task, then buy their ignition switch kit. Overall definitely recommend this kit and vegas carts. They make a quality product and now I know this cart will last me for as long as the frame is good. If this new engine blows, another $800 predator engine will swap in within an hour.

Real easy to install, Really nice kit , Well thought out, Great job

Over all it's a good fit. I had to relocate the oil cooler something not mentioned in the instructions.
M G.
Well engineered and constructed of Quality materials. Parts fit as expected. Instructions available on line. YouTube videos are available.

Easy to install, worked perfectly
Casey G.
great directions everything fit as it should, i have a fast cart now.
Gary H.
Would have gave 5 stars but directions were not exact and was missing some direction. The exhaust is painted not powder coated.Other then that live the swap and the kit was nice quality.
Austin M.
Have not installed it yet but it shipped extremely fast with all the parts and hardware packaged neatly and seems to be pretty self explanatory customer service is really knowledgeable and helpful as well when ordering the right kit
Ralph J.
The aluminum adapter plate need to have top/forward decal on the plate. The dogbones should be steel, not aluminum. Steel bolts into the aluminum, threads won't last.

Easy install with great online installation Instructions. My cart looks as if the motor came from the factory already installed on cart. Thanks Vegas Carts.
Michael D.
Haven't purchased the engine yet , but the conversion kit looks great ! Thanks will update when installed

Fit great and easy to install.

I can't quit grinning every time I ride this monster. Vegas carts has it figured out. Every fitment was perfect. They've done their homework. I'm completely satisfied!
Mike W.
All parts were shipped together. small items were wrapped in packing paper, that made it hard to find everything.
Pete S.
Nice work Vegas Carts! Turned my cart into a beast. Sounds good and goes fast! Tons of torque. Wheelies are awesome! Thanks for the simple install and online instructions. 100% satisfied!

This predator 22 conversion kit is the best kit of any kind i have installed. I have a Professional Automotive restoration and repair shop so I'm very familiar with the so called direct fit products on the market. My guys have spent hours trying to make direct fit parts and kits really fit and look nice. Take my word this conversion from Vegas Carts is top notch in installation, quality, and looks like it belongs there. Be sure to purchase the extended wire harness to put ignition switch on the steering column. My customer loves his Golf Cart and can't stop talking about it. Thank You Vegas Carts.
Charles N.
Every thing was there to install as advertised good directions glad I went this route instead of replacement motor that would of been about same cost. Thanks
Justin B.
Pretty easy install worked out great.
Paul S.
Just started my install. All parts fitting fine fo now
Jeff T.
Kit could not have been easier to install. Everything was very will thought out and engineered to perfection. All parts fell right into place, a truly simple plug and play installation. No real mechanical knowledge needed and the kit came with EVERYTHING that you will need to complete. No runs to the hardware store, mid project, to re-engineer something that they forgot. They have all bases covered. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys driving their gold cart and wants to add more power to it.

Worked great. I ordered the improved throttle clamps(now included) to prevent the cable from slipping. I wish they came with longer U-bolts for mounting to the rear end. Only pain was having to look online for the instructions.

So I started with TXT, 8 hp, and micro-tires. It's now a 28HP 15" tired, mud-stomping hoss of a rig. I use it every day on my farm, rain/sleet/snow/cold all of it be damned. This conversion kit got the job done as painlessly as possible. I didn't use it on a HF motor though. I used it on a Lifan 28 Horse V-twin. The Lifan is roughly a vanguard, however the HF was closer to working so I bought it. I still haven't figured out the exhaust, since the on this kit didn't fit (but I knew that when I ordered it), I just thought I would retro-fit it but that's a no-go. The rest went together awesomely and I love my buggy now. Thanks Vegas Carts, and keep the good work!

Received my kit with in 5 days. Watched the install video and removed all of the old stuff. Kit had everything that I needed for the install. MADE IN AMERICA ! Nothing was very difficult. Idle speed was too high to allow for the clutch to work correctly and would not shift with engine running. Searched on line and found that you can lower the idle speed on the engine by adjusting the low speed jets. It said 1/2 turn out ,but I had to go a full 1 1/4 turns to get were I wanted it to be. I elected to leave the engine governor as set from the factory ( May adjust to a higher rpm later). Tons of power and still will run 20 MPH.

Pretty nice kit. It does not come with instruction and was customer service was not very helpful with questions I had. But other than that after figuring out how everything went it all fit good and looks good
William T.
What a difference in performance. Well made and easy too install.
Eileen L.
Excellent product and easy to install. Highly recommend this product!

The engine cradle was a fairly easy install though the anti-roll bar took some work. The engine fots perfect and the cradle is plenty strong to hold the engine in place. The clutch, belt, and header all work wonderfully.

INSTRUCTIONS: Update your instructions - that'd be helpful. It's an electronic PDF so why not include everything in one manual? I have a 2005 ST 350 workhorse. It already has a lift kit on it so I didn't have to mess with that. CRADLE: The engine cradle was easy to install - but instructions in the manual on the webpage for this kit didn't have instructions for new version front bracket included for my vehicle. My front bracket didn't have multiple mounting hole options as the instructions mention and pictures depict. I had to dig around on the website to read through several instruction manuals (why?? several) to realize which way to mount the NEW ST 350 front bracket. This helped a tiny bit with leveling angle of cradle, but it didn't completely solve that issue. Anti-lift bracket: I had to loosen the leafspring U bolts in order to roll the rear axle forward to mount the anti-lift bracket and get pre-drilled holes to align with the differential bolts and the cradle. HEIM JOINT ISSUE: I didn't have enough adjustment to completely level the cradle To ensure the engine would be level as it sits in my cart. I had to actually cut about an inch off the included heim joint connecting bolt in order to get it where I need it - level - for proper engine lubrication. OIL COOLER: When I got the engine mounted on the cradle and was trying to install the belt I realized there was no way I could leave the oil cooler where it was factory mounted on this engine. It was hitting my rear differential and the engine still needed to be moved rearward to get the belt on. I had to remove the oil cooler and figure out another way to position it. I did not see any of these issues posted on any reviews or provided on any blogs when searching the Internet prior to making this purchase of this cradle. I thought it might be helpful to include it for someone else at this point. ENGINE: The instructions from Vegas carts recommend removing the governor spring and replacing it with a modified piece of welding rod in order to get more RPMs out of the engine. I thought I would try it with the factory governor spring and see how it works for me. My choice is to leave the factory spring on it. It has massive torque with this engine. The CVT clutch allows it to start out slow and it has a maximum speed of around 20 mph. I don't need my car to go 50 miles an hour which you probably would do if I modified the governor according to the instructions. If you want a cart that hauls ass, modify it. If you want a cart safer for kids to drive and maybe a bit more functional as a work cart then first try it with factory governor. IGNITION KIT: BUY IT!! Made wiring things super easy!!!!! In conclusion, you better know how to make a few modifications to make things work, and you better search around on the Vegas carts website and read a few versions of their instructions.

The kit fit flawlessly love the custom look now and the torque difference from the stock to the 22 hp predator engine was is amazing

So very easy to install and use.

Very happy Love the install kit for the 670 Predator v twin. Emailed Aaron back and forth several times before purchasing and he was quick to reply with answers. Took less than a week to receive, easy to install and instructiones were very clear, even had info on how to bypass governor spring with a welding rod which was essential to lower the idle and increase the rpms. My advice is get their tach or something similar immediately if you plan on pushing the revs, valves can start to float around 4200 rpms. I installed the engine 3 weeks ago and things are holding up perfectly. This kit is a nice alternative to other more expensive kits, I could not justify paying $400 plus more for them. You get a lot for your money here. My only concern was maybe the size of the heim joint on the front of the swing arm/engine cradle holding the weight of the large engine, seems strong and solid. Thanks again Vegas Carts!

Nice I honestly haven't had time to do the swap. I bought it instead of trying to Frankenstien my own stuff. I've seen some janky home brewed ones. I'm sure there is NO way I could come close to the cradle for the money. It's high quality well thought out stuff that I can't wait to put on. From the pic the front mount looked kinda small but in fact it's beefy iron. I give it a four star just because It's still on the ground next to the cart but I see no reason why I won't be absolutely satisfied.
